담당업무
Manufacturing & Supplier Coordination - Work closely with factories and suppliers to manage production timelines - Oversee inventory planning and procurement to ensure optimal stock levels - Manage relationships with shipping carriers and third-party logistics (3PL) partners - Monitor and manage production costs to optimize efficiency and reduce expenses Logistics & Shipping Management - Oversee order fulfillment, warehousing, and delivery - Coordinate domestic and international shipments (B2B & B2C) - Work with shipping carriers (DHL, freight forwarders) to secure the best rates and resolve delivery issues Amazon Operations & FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) - Manage Amazon inventory and shipments to Amazon fulfillment centers - Oversee FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) and FBM (Fulfilled by Merchant) processes - Monitor Amazon account health, stock levels, and performance metrics Import/Export & Compliance - Develop a shipping and export strategy to optimize international deliveries - Manage import/export documentation (customs clearance, invoices, HS codes, etc.) - Ensure compliance with international trade regulations Operational Efficiency & Cost Optimization - Implement logistics automation tools and inventory management systems - Manage customer support operations, implement resolution strategies, and enhance service efficiency
우대사항
Qualifications - 2+ years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or import/export (preferably in e-commerce or beauty) - Fluent in Korean & English (spoken & written) - Strong knowledge of logistics, shipping carriers, and customs regulations - Experience working with 3PL providers, freight forwarders, and manufacturers - Detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Preferred Skills - Experience in beauty or cosmetics industries - Familiarity with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central & FBA, warehouse management systems (WMS), or ERP tools - Knowledge of cross-border e-commerce logistics
