Job Responsibilities - Assist in managing site content, visual merchandising, and proofread Korean translations from 3rd party provider, to ensure the delivery of relevant and high-quality local content for the customers. - Work closely with Customer Service, ASQ and CRM teams to ensure CELINE standards are integrated in the customer journey. Give recommendation and allocate the appropriate efforts to improve the customer experience. - Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing activities (SEO, SEM, CPC, etc.) to drive traffic and conversion. - Assist in delivering weekly/ monthly/ as needed business analysis and recommended actions to drive results. - Report and follow up on any technical issues and assist in any digital revolution and optimisation projects. - Provide 360° overview of Korean Digital Landscape, competitive analysis, performance data, market trends and seasonal requirements.

Qualifications - A bachelor’s degree with academic/ professional background in e-commerce, business, or digital marketing - Native Korean with excellent English and communication skills - Experience working for a fashion or luxury retailer is preferred - Advanced Proficiency with MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint); Pivot Tables, V Look ups, etc. - Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment - Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
